KEMERTON CONSERVATION TRUST

 'Conserving wildlife and ancient landscape'

Registered Charity Number: 702488

SPECIES RECORDS

The Trust holds more than 50,000 wildlife records which have been entered into a biological records database called Recorder (currently Recorder 6). Recorder was devised by a government conservation advisory body and provides a standardised national and regional method of collecting and collating wildlife information. These records are shared with the Worcestershire Biological Records Centre and ultimately appear on the National Biodiversity Network Gateway, where they contribute to scientific knowledge and understanding of the flora and fauna of the area.
